Group classes meet weekly and are appropriate for both beginners and continuing students. Exercises are mostly done lying on a mat, but could also involve standing, sitting, or kneeling.
You'll learn ways to immediately improve posture, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. As you attend classes regularly, physical problems become more manageable and will sometimes go away completely.
Movements in a class can usually be modified for different abilities. If you have special needs, however, or have difficulty lying on the floor, contact Peggy to inquire whether a group class is right for you.
